The warranty period for a product begins on the date of sale. It is typically specified in the product's operating documentation (warranty card, technical data sheet, label, or other document included with the product).

Please note that this is the last product available. It may be unpacked or still in stock. The product is fully functional and ready for use.

Within 14 days from the purchase date (not including the original purchase date), you can exchange an unused item that is in its original condition and functional condition, and is not on the list of items that cannot be exchanged or returned: Exchange it for a similar item without recalculating the price Exchange it for any other item with a corresponding recalculation Return it and receive a refund How to assess the condition: In good lighting, without the use of special means, the item should not show visible signs of use, such as minor scratches, abrasions, and especially chips, dents, or cracks. The easiest way to assess the condition is to ask yourself: "Would I buy this item in its new condition?"

Please note that delivery to your apartment is available to your building entrance. Items from the "Household Appliances and Interiors" section, as well as large items from the "Fitness" and "Children's World" sections (exercise equipment, cribs, children's furniture, mattresses, etc.) are delivered directly to your apartment. The cost of manual delivery depends on the size of the appliance, the difficulty of lifting it, and the availability of an elevator (where the packaged item fits).

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer installment plans. You can place an order on credit for any product you're interested in, available on our website. Also, if you are a PrivatBank customer, we offer you the option to consider placing an order using our "Instant Installment" and "Payment by Installments" services.
