Creating natural balance in the home
By harnessing hydroxyl radicals—common in nature—nanoe™ X helps reduce a variety of indoor pollutants. This technology brings those natural benefits indoors, helping keep hard and soft surfaces as well as the air cleaner and more pleasant. nanoe™ X delivers seven distinct benefits and can act against five pollutant categories: bacteria & viruses, mold, allergens, pollen and hazardous chemicals. It also deodorizes and helps retain moisture for skin and hair.
Internal cleaning
The internal cleaning mode is engineered to maintain the indoor unit’s hygiene. Using nanoe™ X, the system can inhibit certain bacteria, viruses and mold on the filter, evaporator and air outlets—up to 99% in laboratory conditions. The updated cross-flow fan features a special coating that reduces dust adherence and helps resist some bacteria and mold. Tests show this coating can reduce dust accumulation by 62.5% compared with an uncoated surface. Actual results may vary by usage and environment.

Panasonic's Aerowings system uses two independent adjustable blades to focus airflow for rapid temperature adjustment and even distribution across the room.
1. Aerowings 2.0 includes a Shower Cooling mode that directs air toward the ceiling so the entire space is cooled gently and evenly, avoiding a single concentrated cold spot.
2. During heating, Aerowings 2.0 projects a targeted downward airflow that warms the floor area first, letting warm air rise to create uniform comfort—similar to underfloor heating.
