Full Digital Amplification with JENO Engine (Jitter Elimination and Noise‑shaping Optimisation)
The SA‑C600 features a fully digital amplifier built on Technics’ digital audio expertise. By keeping the signal path digital from input to output, the system is far less prone to degradation from external noise than analogue paths, preserving signal precision. This approach produces detailed high‑resolution playback while retaining the natural warmth and character of analogue sources.
Dual Power Supply Circuit System
Power delivery is critical in systems that combine CD mechanisms, amplifiers and digital electronics. To prevent interference, the SA‑C600 uses dedicated, isolated power supplies for the amplifier sections supplied by two independent transformers. Wiring and layout between transformers and amplifier circuitry are optimised to minimise noise and maximise dynamic control.
Clean, Low‑Noise Clock Power for JENO
The clock circuit powering the JENO Engine uses a low‑noise supply inspired by the SL‑1000R turntable’s suppression technology. The result is improved timing stability, precise image localisation and a more transparent, spacious soundstage.
Built‑in Phono Equaliser (MM Compatible)
An integrated phono stage accepts MM cartridges and is powered independently from the control electronics to reduce interference. The equaliser is shielded and engineered for clean gain, allowing vinyl signals to be amplified without introducing unwanted noise or loss of detail.
Space Tune™
Space Tune lets you adapt the SA‑C600’s sound to the unit’s position and room acoustics so every listener enjoys optimal reproduction. Choose one of four onboard presets — Free, Wall, Corner and Shelf — or use the Technics Audio Centre app on a tablet or smartphone to fine‑tune settings. The L/R Custom option permits separate left/right adjustments for speakers installed under different conditions, ensuring balanced performance in any layout.
