Equipped with a fully digital amplifier and Technics’ JENO technology, the SA-C600 keeps the signal path digital from input to output. By minimising analogue conversion stages, the design is less vulnerable to external noise and preserves signal integrity, delivering high-resolution playback while retaining the musical warmth and nuance associated with analogue sources.
Twin Power Supply Circuit System
Stable, clean power is essential in systems that combine CD mechanisms, amplifiers and digital electronics. The SA-C600 isolates the amplifier’s power rails with a dedicated supply separate from other circuits, using two independent transformers. Wiring and routing are optimised to reduce interference, resulting in lower noise and improved dynamic control.
Clean Powered Clock Generator
The JENO Engine’s clock circuit uses the same noise-suppression approach found in Technics’ SL-1000R flagship turntable, providing exceptionally clean clock power. The result is tighter timing, enhanced image localisation and a more transparent, three-dimensional soundstage.
Built-in Phono Equaliser compatible with MM Cartridge
An onboard phono equaliser supports MM cartridges and is powered by a dedicated supply separate from the control electronics to minimise interference. The equaliser’s shielded construction prevents external noise from degrading the signal, enabling low-noise amplification and faithful reproduction of vinyl recordings.
Space Tune™
Space Tune lets you tailor the SA-C600’s output to the unit’s placement and your room acoustics so music always sounds optimal. Choose one of four onboard presets — Free, Wall, Corner and Shelf — or fine-tune settings for the left and right channels independently. Alternatively, use the Technics Audio Centre app on a tablet or smartphone to make detailed adjustments for your listening environment.
